The house has eight bedrooms on three floors, the upper two accessible via a fine Georgian spiral staircase. All bedrooms except one (which has a private bathroom) are fully ensuite. Each room has an Internet connection point, TV and Telephone. |

The guest lounge on the ground floor of the house is relaxed and informal. Guests can send e-mails home and surf the net. Free coffee is available all day as are copies of the Scotsman so you can relax while you plan the day's activities or unwind after a shopping trip. | |

At the back of the house is a large conservatory which extends into a very pretty garden and is surrounded by shrubs and flowers. Guests can enjoy breakfast every morning (7.30am to 9.30am) in this splendid dining room: An excellent full cooked vegetarian breakfast, with mushrooms, tomatoes, vegetarian haggis, vegetarian sausages, hash browns and eggs the way you like them. Also freshly ground coffee, herbal teas, toast, fresh juices, cereals, etc. |
