Dean Terrace is a quiet cobbled street running along the banks of the Water of Leith leading into busy Stockbridge - the fashionable somewhat bohemian part of Edinburgh which abounds with good restaurants and interesting shops.

In the traditional Georgian Edinburgh manner the Garden Flat is approached down a flight of stone stairs just to the left of the steps in the photograph above. This self catering rental apartment is fully modernised to the very highest standards and decorated and furnished in a way that is both simple and sumptuous, colourful and subtle and eminently practical throughout.

Prices per night for the apartment. Minimum stay is two nights:
£160 to 200 per night for up to 4 people.

Extra £10 each for up to 2 extra people.
Prices include linen, electricity and central heating.
Credit cards accepted: Mastercard and Visa.
Please note: Guests are normally requested to vacate the apartment by 11.00 am on the last morning in order that it can be cleaned for the next occupants.
