Broughton is a great area to stay: cafés where you can get a croissant and espresso for breakfast, restaurants, a health food shop, and close to George Street/St Andrews Square and within walking distance of Princes Street and the Royal Mile.

Contemporary art gallery doggerfisher is just around the corner from the flat in one direction, and in the other the Edinburgh Printmakers studio and gallery. The famous Italian delicatessen Valvonna and Crolla is a couple of hundred yards away across Leith Walk, and a little further up is the Omni Centre below with cinema, bars and restaurants.

Craigmoss Apartment is available all year round for self catering rental, and is owned by Isabelle and Harry Taylor of Craigmoss Guesthouse in nearby Pilrig Street, so should you need anything they are near at hand to help.
