Kate and Graham Jones' family home is a late Georgian house just round the corner from Inverlieth Row which goes past the Royal Botanic Gardens. As you can see in the photograph there's a bus-stop right outside with regular buses for the easy 10 minutes ride to and from Edinburgh city centre. If you walk it takes about half an hour - all through Edinburgh's 18th and 19th century New Town.

For evening meals: many guests remark on how much they enjoy the 15 minute walk following parts of the Water of Leith to the "village" of Stockbridge. Equidistant in the other direction is Leith also with a reputation for good places to eat and drink.

Kate and Graham have one large bedroom on the ground floor for bed and breakfast guests. With a big bed and a shower-room en suite its ideal for a couple, but has the option of a sofa-bed to make it a family room.

If you are coming to Edinburgh by car - there's an off-street parking space in front of the house.

Accommodation:

Two views of the guest bedroom.

The super king-size double bed can be made into two singles if you prefer. The sofa coverts to a double bed so the room can accommodate four.
