The Ben is a detached wooden cottage with its own private garden and beach, in the shadow of the ruins of Lennox Castle.

Part Weeks are Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, or Monday to Thursday inclusive.
Additional information.
Guests can check in from 4pm on the day of arrival and are require to vacate the premises by 10.30am on the day of departure.
All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge on request. Charcoal is available to buy for the barbeques. Coal and logs can be purchased for use in The Ben at a cost of £6.00 and £4.00 per bag respectively.
There is a free guest laundry facility and a children's play/games park adjacent to the apartments.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at a surcharge of £10.per pet to cover extra cleaning. Guests with pets are requested to bring the animals bedding with them. Dogs must be kept under control at all times as we do live on a working farm where cattle and game birds are reared.
Guests who have their own boats can launch and park securely at the Duncan Mills Memorial Slipway in Balloch. Boat registration can also be done here or by post prior to arrival.
Our own ferry operates from Burnfoot in Arden , scheduled ferries are free any other trips are charged at £5.00 per head for the return journey , £2.00 for children under 12 years. Arrival and departure journeys are free.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm your booking and full payment must be received at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Personal cheques and all major credit cards (except American Express) are accepted.

The Ben is just above the loch shore. To the right behind the fir tree you can just see an arched window of ruined Lennox Castle.
