In cooler weather the Hall stove is lit and the room is a cosy place to sit and read or talk. There is a further sitting room with an open log fire and another room with with a television, VCR and billiard table. |

Breakfast (and optional dinner):

Dinner is served on the long table in the Dining Room, and is optional - though highly recommended. The Mackintosh-Walkers often join their guests for dinner. Game and fish are from the Estate whenever possible, and Elizabeth grows organic fruit and vegetables in the walled garden. For breakfast there is a hearty cooked breakfast with home made jams and bread, and free-range eggs. |

Tariff:

£40 per person per night based on two people sharing, and including breakfast. (£45 for a single person occupying a double room). Dinner is £24, and supper is £18. Please enquire about the self-catering basement flat. |
