Kellas House is one of Scotland's finest Arts and Crafts houses and is set amongst woodland and lawns on gently sloping hills above the River Lossie about 10 miles from Elgin and Forres. It is the centre of its own 2500 acre mixed agricultural and sporting estate.
Kellas House can accommodate up to 14 and is available for rental on a self-catering basis. A cook/housekeeper is available. Its Gate Lodge is also available as a holiday cottage for self catering rental, and can accommodate 4.
Within easy driving distance of Inverness, Elgin and Forres, which have excellent shops and restaurants, this wonderful family home is also close to fine Moray Firth beaches and north coast fishing villages, making it an excellent centre for holidays.
Fishing and sporting packages including pheasant and grouse shooting and roe stalking can be arranged.
