Tish and Geoffrey Alderson have a stone-built cottage attached to their Scottish Baronial home, Gilston Lodge, where they also welcome guests for bed and breakfast (see: Gilston Lodge bed and breakfast). The lodge and cottage are set in large quiet garden (with ample parking).
Situated 8 miles south of Edinburgh's City Centre, right on the local bus route and close to Edinburgh City Bypass and airport, it's 20 minutes by car from Rosslyn Chapel, and 5 minutes walk to Dalkieth where there are pubs and restaurants.
