Offered for self catering rental are two luxury apartments in this new award winning development in the Riverside area of Stirling. Both Apartments overlook the river and are situated in a quiet location. One (photograph right) has a panoramic view of Stirling with view of Stirling Castle on the skyline.

The Railway Station is within walking distance and has hourly train services to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth. The M9 motorway is a short distance away. This is an ideal location from which to tour the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, and beyond.

Each apartment is on the first floor, and is fully furnished with one double bedroom with en suite shower room, and one twin bedroom with private bath/shower room, kitchen and Sitting Room with Dining area. Security Entrance and Private parking.

Rental periods: Each apartment at Cooperage Quay sleeps up to 4 people. Gas fired central heating throughout. Guests are welcomed from 4pm Saturday and are asked to vacate by 10am on the day of departure. Collection of keys is arranged with Fiona at the time of booking.
Service: Should you wish the apartment to be serviced, domestic help is available at a rate of £10 per hour.
Dinner: Apartment owner Fiona Graham welcomes guests for dinner, by arrangement, in the conservatory dining room at her home Mackeanston House should you feel like a meal out, with or without friends, in the beautiful surrounding countryside. Dinners are charged at £26 per person for four courses, and are prepared using only the best home grown and local ingredients, many of them from her own garden.

No smoking.

The above prices include bedlinen, towels and heating.
No Dogs - sorry!

Business lets: Also available to business people for longer lets at negotiable rates.

Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy:

A Deposit of £100 per week is required to book. This deposit is only refunded, in the event of cancellation, if the property can be re-let for the period booked. The Deposit is returned in full at the end of your stay, providing the property is left in the clean and tidy condition in which you found it, and any damage or breakage caused during your stay has been paid for. Failure to do this will result in a minimum charge of £35 being made for cleaning..Rentals in the winter months (October to end March) do not include heat and light and these will be deducted from the Deposit at the end of your stay, along with any other outstanding charges (i.e. Telephone if applicable, for longer stays)
The balance of the rental falls due 8 WEEKS before entry and can be paid by cheque to 'Mrs Fiona Graham' or Mastercard/Visa. This will only be refunded, in the event of cancellation, if the property can be re-let. We strongly recommend that a Cancellation Policy be taken out to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
