Sue Kinross, together with her sons Alan and Derek, give a warm welcome to all who come to share the relaxed atmosphere and warm hospitality of their home.

The house was built in 1980 on a south facing tree-lined bank above the Water of Leith, along a private road. It's quiet and secluded yet only 10 minutes walk from Princes Street and the city centre (and 5 minutes from Haymarket railway station). It is also just a couple of hundred yards from two major Edinburgh galleries, the Dean, and the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art.

Sue's great interest is all things to do with horses, and she is happy to arrange (with advance warning!) horse-riding expeditions at Carlops in the Pentland Hills.

There's private car parking at number 11, and you are welcome to enjoy the garden.
